Hello!
I am Jerica, and I received my training in clinical psychology in the United States. My experience includes supporting children, adolescents, adults, as well as families through mental health and relationship challenges. I have worked across government, non-profit, and private settings. My work involves adopting a culturally sensitive, individualized approach. I believe in helping clients tap into their inner strengths to develop coping strategies through gaining of insight and self-awareness. My goal is to build empathetic and mentally healthy communities through sharing of knowledge and coping skills for life's challenges. I am open, warm, empathetic and non-judgmental.
In my downtime, I enjoy swimming, reading crime thrillers, music, spending time with family and friends, as well as binge watching Netflix!
